Endurance Stack 1

To get the best results from this Endurance Stack, here are our recommended use guidelines.

1-2 Servings :
Kick Start™, Electric Lime,
20 servings

Take 1-2 servings daily, making sure to have one of the servings just prior to your workout to intensify workouts and delay onset of muscle fatigue.
1-2 Servings :
Endurathon, Lemon Lime,
25 servings

Take at least 1-2 servings daily, making sure to have one serving for every 30-45 minutes of exercise during your workout to support muscular endurance.
2 Servings :
CytoVol® HP, Orange,
25 servings

Take 2 servings daily, making sure to have one of the servings about a half hour following your workout in order to replenish nutrients and speed your exercise recovery.

Take 2 doses daily, one in the morning and one in the evening to reduce exercise induced stress and cortisol buildup.
